Carrie Lelwica’s journey to Nashville began in college, where she worked as a Concert Coordinator while attending University of Minnesota Duluth and interned at local country radio stations. A Minnesota native, Carrie graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and a dream to work in the music industry. 

Carrie’s decade-long career in Music City began in brand development launching the Influencer Program for apparel brand, Love Your Melon. She later hit the road, touring with Alison Krauss, Blake Shelton, Hunter Hayes and more. For the last six years Carrie has continued to work alongside Police Productions as a Promoter Rep. for Cody Johnson.

Each step in her career has led her to founding Soar Entertainment - an all-encompassing artist management and consulting firm in Nashville. Through Soar Entertainment, Carrie works as an Artist Manager to Ashland Craft, Sean Stemaly, Sammy Arriaga & Stephen Paul. She also serves as a Day-To-Day Manager for Adam Sanders & Jenny Tolman.

After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations, paired with years of experience in advertising, marketing, and social media management across several industries, Sydney realized that her real passion was working with people. This, along with her love of music and entertainment, prompted Sydney to move to Nashville to pursue a career in what she loves. Since moving to Music City in 2021, Sydney works as a Day-To-Day Manager & Management Consultant at Soar Entertainment & also works as a Virtual Tour Manager for various clients.
